A joint venture between Black and Veatch, Dawson Wam and P Rodgers and Sons, Consent Solutions will play a significant role in accelerating investment in wastewater and sewerage infrastructure.

As part of DRD Water Service's programme of capital investment over the next five years to upgrade water and wastewater treatment infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland, Consent Solutions has been appointed as a Northern Region Team Member on the Integrated Wastewater Treatment Framework.

A joint venture between Black and Veatch, Dawson Wam and P Rodgers and Sons, Consent Solutions will play a significant role in accelerating investment in wastewater and sewerage infrastructure.

The programme is a mixture of new-build and upgrading existing assets, with projects at up to GBP5M cost.

The main areas of expertise that Black and Veatch will bring to Consent Solutions and the Northern Region Team are in wastewater treatment process engineering, hydraulic and civil design of infrastructure and contract management.

Dawson Wam and P Rodgers and Sons will be responsible for general civils works, piling and marine work.

Consent Solutions will add value to the DRD Water Service Northern Ireland capital programme by creating innovative solutions, which can be constructed at an economical cost.

The Northern region spans an area north of Belfast, covering the eastern region of County Derry, the northern region of County Tyrone, Country Antrim and includes the population centres of Ballymena, Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine.
