Collaborating with designer Philip Brouard of Brouard Architects, Farnborough, Berwood Homes' design was challenged by the unusual and large windows in keeping with the arts and crafts style.

Andersen Series windows were specified for all the bespoke aesthetics, such as the square bay on the front elevation and the first floor landing window, which spans over 4m, incorporating structural elements to support the chimney stack above it.

The 400 Series windows and doors are a classic blend of engineering and craftsmanship, with exceptional performance.

The elegant styling and numerous grille pattern options are a fundamental feature of the windows to blend in or enhance any period of building.

In addition, key features such as High Performance Low-E4 self-cleaning glass, with optimum UV filteration and noise reduction, were also an important benefit for the exclusive property.
