Bohle launch new range of tools and equipment that represents a leap forward for the efficient and precise serial production of bonded glass components and products.

Included in the range are a highly versatile multi-function bonding table, a variable light tunnel and professional portable bonding unit The VERIFIX bonding table allows easy and efficient bonding of metal to glass in applications such as furniture or glass door production

With this device, developed and produced by Bohle, metal bonding parts are positioned on flat glass with an unsurpassed repeat accuracy.

Even different metal parts - for example two hinges and a lock - may be mounted in a single operation and any shape and size of glass can be handled.

The load capacity of up to 150 kg also allows large and thick glass panes to be processed and, if required, the bonding table may be expanded and integrated into existing production lines.

With the professional bonding unit, Bohle provides a totally new, highly flexible and precise unit ideally suitable for industrial UV-bonding.

Wherever a pneumatic connection is available, metal parts can be precisely positioned and bonded to glass with high repeat accuracy at extraordinary speed.

Applying the adhesive is also much easier: the innovative vacuum technology allows consistently accurate application of adhesive that prevents the formation of air bubbles whilst minimising cleanup.

An ideal complement to the bonding table is the new VERIFIX light tunnel.

Four groups of UVA lamps can be switched on variably so that curing occurs optimally with illumination targeted exactly where needed, featuring lamps that offer consistent lighting levels and long life.

"This system offers significant advances in speed and accuracy for glass bonding," says Bohle UK Managing Director Gary Dean.

"It is probably the most advanced system of its type and ideal for series production and all applications that require precision".

"Plus it has the experience and technical know-how of Bohle behind it," he concluded.
