"Too many companies use timber or plastic doors which tend to be weak both because of the frame and the internal structure, which in some cases can actually be entirely hollow".
"Burglars can break through an average plastic or timber door in a matter of seconds, no matter how good the actual locks are".
""If a company is serious about defending their property and just as importantly, its contents, then they should consider steel security doors.
Tests on the strength of steel doors are an industry requirement and these tests guarantee to buyers that they cannot be broken into easily.
Every aspect of a steel security door renders it attack-resistant".
""Companies need to consider what they would do if items within their building, either equipment or information was stolen or damaged...in some cases it would mean the business would never recover and may go under".
According to Barry, there are many choices open to businesses considering steel security doors as a cost-effective solution, given the aforementioned risks involved with low-level security.
