Cambridge contract win for Borras Construction
Borras have been awarded a contract by Cambridge City Council to convert a former public house into a residential facility for the treatment of controlled drinking.
Facetted patent glazing will enclose a double storey space to the front of the building to provide an interaction area and cafe whilst the rear will be extended to create a multi purpose seminar room together with office and research facilities.
A general refurbishment of the existing building with new mechanical and electrical installation throughout will complete the scheme.
