New compact tracked loader models from Bobcat
Bobcat has introduced new improved versions of its range of compact tracked loaders.
The cab on the 335 is designed to provide maximum operator comfort whilst reducing the overall height of the machine.
The result is a more compact mini-excavator that is easier to transport with less risk of damage to the cab.
At the back of the cab, the tailgate provides strong protection for the engine and other components and opens wide to offer the finest service access on the market, saving on the time and effort required to maintain the machine.
The 335 mini-excavator is powered by the 30.3 kW Kubota V2203-m-di-E2B-BC-4 turbodiesel engine.
The maximum digging depth of the 335 with the standard dipper arm is 3564 mm and the maximum reach at ground level is 5432 mm.
The slewing speed of the 335 is 9.0 RPM and the boom can swing 90o to the left and 50o to the right.
The auxiliary hydraulic flow of the 335 is 75 l/min.
The 335 has two travel speed ranges: 3.2 km/h in low range and 5.5 km/h in high range.
Like the other Bobcat excavator models from the 331 and above, the 335 features a load-sensing hydraulic system for optimum use of hydraulic power in digging applications.
Since the operator does not have to compensate for changes in flow or load conditions, the excavator is easy to control.
Moreover, the load-sensing system provides precision at all engine speeds, with predictable movements, resulting in faster cycle times.
The load-sensing system also reduces fuel consumption.
A dual outlet piston pump provides increased flow, removing the need for an additional gear pump and enhancing the overall reliability of the machine.
The combination of the load-sensing system and the new dual outlet hydraulic piston pump allows the use of smaller size cylinders on the 335, lightening the work group and enhancing the balance and stability of the excavator.
A dual cylinder blade-float feature is standard equipment on the 335.
Blade float is beneficial when backfilling material on hard or finished surfaces as the blade is able to follow the contour of the finished surface, removing only the previously excavated material.
It is also useful when it is required to back-drag material.
