British Gypsum signs up to zero carbon
commitment
British Gypsum has become one of the first construction product manufacturers to sign up to the Government's zero carbon strategy, as a founding signatory of the '2016 Commitment'.
The Commitment, which has been formulated to support the Government's recent re-assertion of a zero carbon target for all new homes by the year 2016, is the first step in formalising support for the initiative across house builders and organisations working within and supplying the housebuilding sector As a signatory to the 2016 Commitment, British Gypsum is not only underlining its support for the zero carbon target, but is committing to work in partnership with other signatories to resolve the issues that must be tackled before the target can be achieved
