British Gypsum say 'Think sound - think blue'
Think sound-think blue', is the latest message from British Gypsum following a move to standardise the face colour of all products in the company's Gyproc SoundBloc acoustic board range.
Each brand was judged for its association with quality products and services, the reliability and consistency with which it delivers against promises and maintains customer service standards; and the uniqueness and personality of its brand, which differentiates it from competitors in the marketplace.
From an initial list of several thousand UK B2B brands, the process identified the top 500 brands in the UK, with British Gypsum in a creditable 325th position in its first ever Superbrands listing.
British Gypsum Marketing Director, Adam Richold, believes the listing owes much to the company's ongoing focus on customer service and sustainability.
"Our company vision is to be the UK's best building materials supplier, as judged by our customers, and we have invested massively in pursuit of this goal in recent years".
"We've invested in new super-efficient plant and manufacturing processes; driven innovation in our products, systems and services; developed the industry's leading technical and training support package through our respected Drywall Academy, and introduced the UK's first and largest post-consumer plasterboard waste recycling service".
"These achievements have already led to awards from leading industry customers including Travis Perkins, Taylor Wimpey and AMEC.
"Our excellent heritage and long history of delivering innovative, high quality solutions to the UK construction industry will have been a major contributing factor to our success".
"At the end of the day though, it is all down to the customer experience and our ongoing focus on continuously improving customer satisfaction, will further reinforce our brand strength going forward.".
