mCERTs Approval For ABB Continuous Gas Analysers
The range of Continuous Gas Analysers and systems manufactured and marketed by ABB Limited has recently been certified to the latest mCERTs standards.
The flow sensor uses an accurate electromagnetic flow measurement principle, which has no moving parts, no flow obstruction, and a wide (250:1) flow range capability.
The metering system conforms to the requirements of EN1434, Class 2, for heat consumption measurement.
The neat compact microprocessor control unit records maximum values of power, flow, temperature difference, supply and return temperatures, with time and date stamping in 24 separate accounting periods.
Remote reading of the stored data is possible via a databus, or by LonWorks, RS232, M-Bus.
A handheld terminal is provided for collection of readings.
The slim, wall mounted computation unit can additionally monitor and log another pulse input, to collect readings from other meters, for example a watermeter.
The unit can also monitor cooling energy provided, and is available with two separate energy registers to record cooling and heating.
The local display shows the total energy provided, or other displays can be selected.
Units are available from 3/4" up to 2" pipe size.
The unit can be powered via 24Volts or 230Volts AC power.
