To speed up locating a suspect recorded event, Bosch has added a smart motion search facility that automatically searches and displays all images with motion in a user-specified part of the scene during a specified time-span.
Divar also allows instant local archiving on high-quality optical media using a DVD writer now available as an option.
This makes it possible to back-up or copy important recordings on DVD or CD media without having to use a separate PC, making the Divar a complete stand-alone unit.
The addition of an ATM/POS interface enables financial transaction details and video images to be recorded making the Divar ideal for use at cash dispensers, supermarket check-out desks, tills and other similar applications where it is sometimes necessary to verify or identify a person involved in a particular transaction.
The Divar automatically records all transaction details and associated video for each individual transaction with fast review and archiving facilities.
Global access via Divar's new Control Centre software release enables live system viewing and configuration of multiple Divar configurations from any location worldwide.
It is compatible with any TCP/IP network, LAN, WAN or the Internet, and up to six users can be simultaneously connected.
As well as remote viewing of the live and recorded video, the Control Centre offers full remote configuration and maintenance functions.
And with the Control Centre you can even set up and configure remote cameras such as the Bosch AutoDomes connected to the Divar from anywhere in the world making CCTV management and upgrading very much easier.
The Bosch Divar brings the benefits of digital CCTV and recording to applications ranging from self-contained (stand-alone) security systems in department stores, jewellers and larger convenience stores to larger systems with thousands of cameras using multiple Divar's linked together with local networking or cascading for very large sites and office blocks.
Global networking enables remote multiple-site surveillance for chain stores, fast-food restaurants, banks, cash dispensers, supermarkets, unmanned petrol stations and logistics centres.
