Home Network industry breakthrough
Multi message Home Communication Centre is simple to wire and allows the connection and distribution of not only Data and Telephone systems but also Video and Audio
Dean from Kingslea Homes was very keen to install a system that was not only verstaile and could be adapted to many areas of the development, but also a system that was both future proofed, simple to operate whilst at the same time affordable.
Hence the reason for selecting the Cardio system.
A system that not only meets all there requirements, but is wired in either standard twin and earth cable as per conventional wiring or Cat5e cable.
Cardio is able to support low volatge or mains switching.
The best part of all for kingslea Homes was the fact that they could enable there properties for automation without actually fitting the automation system until such a time as would be required.
If the properties are wired for automation using Twin and Earth, and normal switches are used, when the automation system is required the switches are replaced for standard retractive switches from either Crabtree, MK or any other manufacturer.
Intergration of the multi room audio and video systems was also an important factor, so installing the highest quality cables was important, and at the same time it was decided that a complete PC Network was to be installed to complete the installation.
The finishing touch to the installation is the Imerge sound server system run via TV interfaces with the option of using K2 LCD keypads mounted in each room.
Any program or music track can be viewed or listened to in any room.
After sales service is also an important requirement for Kingslea Homes, which is why Blue Ridge looks to establish long term relationships with there customers offering future services and advice.
