Building Adhesives, the market-leading tile adhesive and grout manufacturer has donated ten thousand pounds to its adopted local charity, the Donna Louise Trust.

The cheque was presented at the Donna Louise Trust's hospice in Stoke-on-Trent, just a few miles from Building Adhesives' headquarters.
Upon presenting the cheque Paul Harris, Head of Sales at Building Adhesives commented: "The Donna Louise Trust is a charity that is very close to our hearts at Building Adhesives, as well as very close in proximity".
"The work they do is hugely important and highly commendable, and we are very proud to support such a worthwhile cause".
The charity was established in 1999, and is named after Donna Louise Hackney, who died of cystic fibrosis in the same year.
Her family and their supporters set up the Trust in her name to establish the only hospice of its kind in the region, providing care for sick and injured children not expected to live beyond their teenage years.
Liz Reynolds, Corporate Fundraiser at the Donna Louise Trust commented: "It costs GBP1.6million pounds each year to keep the hospice running, and we are hugely grateful for the support offered by Building Adhesives over the years".
"This donation will go a long way to helping us continue our services in 2007." "The Trust cares for children, who, due to illness or accident, have life limiting conditions".
"We give physical, practical and emotional support to both the child and their family".
"Respite and end of life care is provided at our hospice, Treetops, as well as in the family's own home." She added.
Building Adhesives has been manufacturing industry-leading tile adhesive and grout products in Stoke-on-Trent for over forty years, and aside from this annual donation the company also organises sponsored events and fundraisers throughout the year.
