BMF support service first choice for
employers
BMF is rolling out its bespoke Employment First subscription service to help members cope with complex employment issues and avoid the risk of litigation.
Says BMF secretary Peter Matthews: "The ever increasing burden of complying with more onerous employment legislation means around 80% of calls received through our general help line come from members seeking advice on employment issues" "Unfortunately for merchants, the landscape is now littered with legal traps"

All of which, if not carried our correctly can result in employees making a claim against the employer".
