Builders Merchants Federation has developed and issued three new Selling Guides as part of its continued product support strategy.

The latest BMF Selling Guides, which cover Oil Fired Boilers, Cement Admixtures, and Heat Emitters are written by industry professionals and are designed to provide clear, concise and up to date information, to help members advise customers and supply the correct products for each installation The latest BMF Selling Guides:

Oil Fired Boilers.

Oil fired boiler installations in England, Wales and Scotland must be high efficiency.

This guide describes the different types of boilers that are available, with a brief explanation of how each one works.

It also offers advice on the minimum requirements for boiler controls and details further essential accessories required when installing a new or replacement boiler in accordance with building regulations.

Cement Admixtures.

Cement Admixtures are formulated products that are added to cement based mortars, renders and concrete to modify the properties of the mix.
