Castle Natural Hydraulic Lime from Castle Cement is playing its part in restoring cottages in the grounds of a castle once attacked and badly damaged by Oliver Cromwell.
The Castle Conservation range includes natural hydraulic limes, lime putty, renders and pre-mixed plasters and mortars that produce durable, flexible and breathable mortars suitable for traditional and new build applications.
Castle's Readybag range is easy and convenient for the builder and only requires the addition of water.
It is formulated to ensure consistent quality concretes and mortars.
The LWA insulation fill document demonstrates how the product can be used as an efficient, easy to install alternative to conventional hardcore and insulation, while Castle White cement provides a particularly bright appearance to concrete, making it ideal where visual impact, aesthetic and safety considerations are important.
"We believe these new brochures introduce specifiers to some great innovations in the Castle Cement product range".
"They are full of useful guidance to help with the design and detailing of projects," explained the company's product manager - market development, Stephen Gregory.
