New contract cladding range from Cadre Components

Cadre Components have introduced a range of contract cladding - a new architectural cladding system in cassette type form.
It is a new concept for building facades and offers architects and specifiers opportunities to create a clean, modern finishing treatment as an alternative to traditional 'plank' effect cladding or render finishes.
It also offers dramatic finishes such as silver metallic, which is especially suited to create a vibrant look for offices.
The moulded composite panels are quality engineered to very close tolerances by the long established German manufacturer - vinylit - to give a distinctive, high tech appearance.
A variety of different joints between panels can be achieved due to the flexible tongue and groove system.
This allows the joints to be maximised to highlight the panel effect or minimised to give an overall look.
Whatever the preferred look, the Contract Cladding panels are easy to fix utilising a tongue and groove design and subframe of treated wooden battens.
Insulation can be placed in the spaces between to substantially improve the U value of the building to give economies in heating especially for walls exposed to extreme weather conditions.
The panels have excellent sound absorbent properties and are also lightweight, yet extremely strong and durable, placing much lower requirements on the building structure than heavier weight materials such as render or concrete tiles for example.
They offer extreme longlife, with exceptional weather resistance and high impact strength to ISO179 and bending strength to ISO178.
Maintenance is simple, requiring only an occasional pressure jet washing down.
The Contract Cladding range is available from stock in either smooth or textured finishes in standard colours of cream white, ivory, pale grey and silver metallic.
Other RAL colours or metallic effects are also available.
Overall the new range offers the perfect flexible solution for commercial property projects and housing schemes and, when combined with other facade systems - such as the Cadre Stonechip or Shiplap ranges - gives designers greater potential to create stunning visual effects on new or existing buildings.
