Dry cladding systems from Cadre Components

Modern Building Methods.
The world of construction is very different today from what it was just 10 or 15 years ago.
Skills shortages and the demands for cost efficiencies have given rise to a boom in prefabricated building components and a host of new materials or new uses for existing ones.
New building techniques and systems can replace traditional methods for a variety of applications.
A typical example of the new breed of modern products is the variety of dry cladding systems from Cadre Components which are an excellent long life alternative for traditional render, PVCu and timber.
Cadre's cladding range are not only attractive and available in a wide range of finishes but they are very long lasting - and they don't need replacing every few years.
Lightweight and extremely robust makes them ideal for use with timber framed buildings with fixing at the factory to reduce site work, improve quality control and speed installation.
All Cadre Components cladding systems are dry systems that are easy and quick to fix by mounting onto existing framework in the case of prefabricated, or on to a latticework of treated battens.
Thermal insulation can be installed between battens and frame as required to improve energy efficiency, bringing down CO2 emissions and annual energy bills.
The cladding system can be installed on site even in adverse weather conditions, or in the factory and requires only simple woodworking tools.
The system can effect significant savings in energy costs, installation time and associated site and environmental costs, delivering whole life cost advantages with only minimal maintenance required over the product lifetime and are therefore ideal for use with timber framed structures.
The Cadre Components range includes:.
* Stonechip, that gives a rendered effect, guaranteed for 30 Years.
* Shiplap which is an extruded 100% recycled ABS profile on to which a wood effect foil - available in a variety of RAL colours - provides an attractive feature facade.
Foils are guaranteed UV resistant for at least 10 years.
* Brick and Slate effect panels made of polyester and fibreglass.
The brick effect cladding has been used to good effect by Esso Service Stations across Europe for their "On the Run" convenience stores which are a rapidly increasing feature at petrol stations as they add to customer services.
The GRP brick effect panels have been chosen because they are so quick and simple to fix, require virtually no maintenance to retain the good looking exterior fauade, are low weight and therefore do not place a burden on the building structure, and provide a more attractive and traditional appearance.
The building industry is keen to embrace new materials and colours which save time and cost, as well as being more convenient.
Cadre Components cladding systems are ideal for external refurbishment or new build to provide a longlife, cost effective and attractive solution for the whole building envelope, or purely as a relief feature.
