When buildings require a more unconventional support solution, Catnic has the expertise to design and manufacture special and fabricated lintels to suit a variety of shapes and sizes.
Each department successfully attained the required assessment rating for quality management systems, resource management production realisation and management responsibility.
The standard identifies management processes and determines the methods and criteria needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
"Obtaining the new EN ISO 9001:2000 standard demonstrates that we have a proven commitment to the development and implementation of QMS and that we are continually improving that effectiveness," says Roger Thomas, managing director of Catnic.
"The previous standard was procedure based but ISO 9001:2000 enables us to demonstrate how our management systems work in operation, with the key objective being customer satisfaction.".
