This exciting new Enquiry Alert feature, available at no extra charge to new and existing customers, is designed to offer users unbeatable cost savings.
"The new system, with its link to the Causeway Directory Enquiry Alert service, dramatically speeds up the vendor enquiry process and substantially reduces costs," said Ron Gray, Causeway Estimating product manager, Causeway Technologies.
"Linking Causeway Estimating to over half a million vendors held in the Causeway Directory makes it the only estimating product available offering these key benefits." Currently, on average, 50 per cent of tenders are not responded to.
By carefully selecting appropriate vendors via Causeway's Enquiry Alert Service, a contractor pricing 200 tenders per annum, could make savings nearing £140,000.
Other features of Causeway Estimating include an intuitive and easy-to-use windows drag-and-drop interface, ensuring a minimal learning curve and more rapid pricing.
In addition, a powerful search facility prompts access to prices and faster subcontractor package production.
Pricing functions include user-selectable columns, direct entry onto the page, direct overwrite of prices, drag-and-drop of resources into multiple items, and user definable flags.
