The Cavilintel is a compact load-bearing steel lintel that contains its own integral slatted security shutter.

At the touch of a button the security shutter descends to protect the window or door opening.

Push-button controls permit the security shutter to be fully lowered or partially lowered - whatever is preferred.

When the shutter is raised, it disappears from sight, so the window or door opening looks just like a conventional opening.

This is because the shutter coils up inside the body of the lintel.

Even the ends of the shutters are retained in guides that run within the cavity - there are no surface attachments.

Every Cavilintel package is supplied complete with cavitrays, caviweeps and vertical guide channel caviclosers that act as a vertical DPC and are insulated.

There is no need for additional dpc measures as everything can be included within the opening package.

Security shutters can incorporate a name or message, which is visible only when the shutter is fully descended.
