A Celuform product story

Selection of fascias and soffits were specified at Redrow Homes' new Ocean Wharf development which consists of highly attractive two-bedroom apartments on the waterfront at Greenock.

With spectacular views over the Firth of Clyde, Redrow Homes' new Ocean Wharf development consists of highly attractive two-bedroom apartments on the waterfront at Greenock.

Built in three-phases, the Campbell Street site features low maintenance cellular plastic products from Celuform, the UK's largest and longest established PVC- ue roofline and cladding building products manufacturer.

Celuform was chosen for three reasons: competitive price, durability and flexibility.

A selection of fascias and soffits were specified including Conquest, a versatile square-edged board with an attractive seamless finish.

It is a 19mm fascia board with fixed groove and return leg and it will accept horizontal or inclined soffit boards.

Rainwater systems can be fixed directly to the fascia without needing timber support.

Conquest is available in widths ranging from 150mm to 400mm and in a wide variety of sizes and colours.

This means that installers do not have to cut and prepare the product on site.

Celuform can supply any size required, providing a join-free, low- maintenance finish.

Celuform supplies stockists throughout the UK and Europe.

The company was the first UK manufacturer of PVC-ue building products and is the market leader.
