CGI investment doubles production and drives sales
Investment in cutting equipment will see CGI International double its cut fire safety glass output and increase revenues in 2010.
Fire safety glass manufacturer CGI has installed a laminate cutting table and re-configured the 30,000 sq ft factory's cutting area to improve efficiency and material flow.
CGI International has made investments into cutting equipment to improve its cut fire safety glass production and sales
CGI supplies a full range of fire safety glasses including: integrity only (E), integrity and insulating glass (EI) and integrity and radiation control glass (EW).
CGI International supplies a particularly wide range of fire glasses and has tripled sales in the past decade.
Around 60 per cent of the company's glass is exported to countries such as Holland, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Australia, China, Dubai, the USA and Turkey.
