Architectural trio strengthens

Christopher Rodgers has increased its team with a further three appointments to its architecture and project management team.

Jay Siadankay (32) joins as project manager within the architectural and project management division Jay previously worked as a building surveying consultant and brings more than seven years' experience to the role

He will be responsible for building consultancy services, primarily focused on project monitoring, advising banks and other lenders and monitoring construction.

James Pass (30) also joins the team as an architectural technician, gaining practical experience while he works towards his final RIBA qualifications.

James previously worked for Cowan and Co Chartered Surveyors in Preston and has a total of seven years' experience.

Charlotte Searle (25) completes the new trio, taking the role of PA to the director and team secretary.

She brings the team total to 20.

Seamus Smyth, director of the architecture and project management division at Christopher Rodgers comments: "We've had an exceptionally strong first half of the year, with a marked increase in the number of new scheme commissions and project management jobs under our belt.

"Our focus is on growing the architectural division and we need the best skills and expertise to do that.

Jay, James and Charlotte will help us achieve that goal and we're delighted to have them on board".

The new appointments take total staff numbers at Christopher Rodgers to 95.
