A joint initiative by CIRIA and White Young Green Environmental will Deliver an Environmental Performance Improvement Club (EPIC) for the Northern Ireland construction industry.
The EPIC will be run with selected supply chain companies of the Housing Executive, and the Water Service and is also supported by Invest Northern Ireland and the Construction Employers Federation.
On-site support will be complemented by interactive 'classroom' sessions to help improve each company's environmental awareness and assist with environmental improvements.
Practical examples will demonstrate that there are significant business benefits to adopting good environmental practices.
