CIRIA, in partnership with The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainable Development Round Table, is presenting the series of events 'Building in the Face of Climate Change'.

Recent severe weather conditions have caused significant damage to many buildings, structures and construction projects The storms of 1990 alone, for example, resulted in insured losses of £2.1 billion

The changing trends in our climate look set to continue, with severe weather events become more frequent.

CIRIA, in partnership with The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainable Development Round Table, is presenting the series of events 'Building in the Face of Climate Change' in order to raise awareness within the construction industry about climate change.
