CIRIA backs International summit for
water sector
Leading providers of flood risk management and drainage guidance, CIRIA has announced that it will be supporting The Water and Environmental Exchange international summit in 2008.
The three-day summit includes a wide-ranging conference led by a panel of internationally recognised speakers Sessions include panel debates, workshops, and round table discussions

CIRIA Associate Paul Shaffer, who will be speaking about flood risk management and drainage on day three of the summit, said: "With its wide range of internationally-recognised speakers, and intensive programme of meetings, The Water and Environmental Exchange (WEX) 2008 should prove to be a unique networking and learning experience for anyone involved in the water sector".
WEX will be held in Marbella, Spain from 30 January to the 1 February 2008.
