CIRIA is offering a good briefing workshop
CIRIA is offering a CPN workshop that showcases three approaches that help develop an effective brief and deliver project efficiency.
CIRIA believes good briefing is vital for successful project delivery and driving efficiency.
This event is aimed at anyone interested in finding out how using the briefing process can identify opportunities for cost and timing savings, leading to a more efficient project being delivered.
The workshop showcases three approaches that help develop an effective brief.
The first approach is the use of strategic value management to balance the many different points of view that need to be taken into account.
This will be followed by an overview of the role consultants play in the development of a statement of requirements for complex projects.
Thirdly an overview of the client design advisor role offered by a number of architects, which is used to guide inexperienced clients through the project definition stage.
The workshop will be held on 23 February 2010, London.
