CALA Homes begins Peebles property development

CALA Homes has begun the construction of three five bedroom properties on Peebles' Bonnington Road due for completion between December 2010 and March 2011.

Prices will start from GBP650,000 and each home will boast a detached double garage, balcony, lit driveways, a conservatory and panoramic views over the hills to the rear.

Set back from the road, the properties will be bordered by mature trees, listed beech hedgerows and accessed via private driveways from Bonnington Road.

The Wallace and Stewart house types to be built on the site boast a combination of grand arched entranceways, sweeping twin stairs, galleried landings, balconies, designer kitchens with granite worktops and integrated Siemens appliances, as well as stunning conservatories with breathtaking views across the Borders countryside.

Bonnington Road neighbours CALA's Forest Park development which offers four and five bedroom detached homes, with prices starting from GBP385,000.

Forest Park recently defied the downturn to achieve record sales as six detached four and five bedroom homes were sold within eight weeks, generating nearly GBP3 million in sales.
