Petershill contract for Clark Contracts

Office development unveiled near Glasgow Airport
Clark Contracts, the construction, maintenance and refurbishment specialist, has unveiled plans for a new £5 million office development at McFarlane Street, Paisley.
The contract is an integral part of the Petershill Community Initiative which will also see the associated development of football pitches and five a side courts.
Commenting on the contract win, Gordon Cunningham, managing director of Clark Contracts, said, "We are delighted to be part of such a major project which is bringing huge benefits to the local community." The contract win at Petershill is the latest in a number of high profile contracts won by Clark Contracts which recently announced record sales figures for the first quarter of its new financial year and a projected turnover of £42 million.
Clark Contracts has achieved consistent, impressive growth, doubling turnover in three years.
During that period, the company has launched a series of innovative initiatives as part of their Customers 1st campaign including the Zero Defects Team, set up after customer research suggested that minor issues raised after completion can incite major irritation amongst customers.
