Clark Contracts wins two GBP1m plus
contracts
Clark Contracts named as main contractor on a nine month, GBP1.6m contract to extend Torrance Primary School by East Dunbartonshire Council.
The project, which is scheduled to start in January, will see the construction of a single storey extension to the school housing a games hall with ancillary accommodation, storage, changing rooms, toilets and a dining area At the same time, East Ayrshire Council has chosen Clark Contracts to carry out a GBP1.2m alteration and refurbishment at Ellisland Court, a sheltered housing complex run by the council, at Mauchline in Ayrshire
