"We are on the cusp of a trend," said Dr Fielding.
"Within the next three years, 50% of all residential and commercial construction in the US will contain some type of offshore production element.
In this new environment, Cadforce will be able to completely transform the architecture industry through its innovative blendshore process, which combines American expertise with Indian labor." "This is not about replacing jobs," continued Dr Fielding.
"It's about conserving one of our scarcest resources - time.
Instead of spending hours drafting, Cadforce's systems and methods will enable American architects to enjoy more weekends with their families, grow their businesses, or apply their architectural know-how to solve social problems.

Dr Fielding's focus on organizational and quality practices has a foundation in his award-winning work at ATandT Bell Labs.
While serving as Manager of the Product Realization Process for ATandT's Power Systems division, his team received the prestigious Deming Quality Award for its process improvement efforts.
"With his experience, I expect that Dr Fielding will grow his team to over 2000 people by the end of the decade, positioning Cadforce as the industry standard," said Vanech.
