Doors: Enhanced Thermal Performance with Added Functionality.

Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems announce increased functionality of Comar 7P.i.doors.

Not only does Comar 7P.i.

incorporate Comar's trademarked P.i.thermal efficiency, additional features have been added to create the following benefits: multi-point locking, punch tooling and threshold options, including: rebated, flush Threshold and no threshold.

Multi-point locking: 3-point lock with latch bolt and dead bolt.

The locking system throws 2 hooks at the top and bottom of the door; the key lock throws a latch with dead bolt to ensure enhanced security designed to conform to PAS 24 guidelines.

Rebated threshold, with thermal efficiency, enhanced weather performance is assured with Comar 7Pi rebated doors.

Flush Threshold, designed to conform to DDA requirements, a flush threshold with rebated jambs to maximise weather performance of a low-rise threshold.

No threshold, installing doors with no requirement for thresholds such as applications with wood or tiled floors, which can sometimes create issues with regard to finishing and weathering, Comar have designed the system to accept Athmer AS530 which creates an aesthetic finish with longevity.

Punch tooling, in line with Comar's commitment to increasing your productivity, punch tooling is available to perform the following functions: drainage slots, corner preparation for cam-slug and threshold preparation.
