Stylish new T5 architectural luminaire

The new Waveform T5 surface luminaire from Cooper Lighting and Security is a stylish addition to the company's Crompton Lighting range of contemporary architectural luminaires.

Designed exclusively for use with the latest high-efficiency T5 lamps, the new luminaire features a distinctive wing-profile reflector, which provides soft and wide light distribution, illuminating the ceiling and vertical surfaces to create an improved visual environment.

Suspended below the reflector is either a perforated diffuser for general illumination or a 65degree-1500cd/m2 satin-finish anodised aluminium louvre for use in VDT areas.

The balanced lighting produced by the luminaire helps designers to satisfy the latest standards for lighting in the workplace, especially CIBSE LG3:2001 and BS EN 12464-1:2002.

Easy to install, Waveform T5 features a first-fix body spine that provides a mechanical and electrical base on to which the wing reflector and chosen optical attachment are rapidly assembled.

The luminaire is supplied with either single or twin 28W, 35W, 49W or 54W lamps.

Emergency versions of Waveform T5 are available as standard, and these can be specified with automatic testing functionality if required.
