New luminaire provides soft lighting
Cooper Lighting and Security has expanded its Crompton Lighting range of products with a stylish new wall-mounting luminaire.
The mid-range product, known as Laserline, has sleek, clean lines that are designed to blend in with modern interiors and architecture.
And, for applications where budgets are more restricted, Wafer T5 provides the ideal suspended lighting solution.
All three models can be specified either as individually suspended luminaires or as continuous suspended systems, enabling uniformity of appearance to be achieved throughout a lighting scheme.
And, in line with the latest standards for lighting in the workplace, they all provide a combination of direct and indirect illumination.
Each product includes two 1.5m-long yoked suspension wires, which are easily adjusted to length by means of an ingenious yet simple clutch mechanism, allowing the luminaire to be mounted as close as 150mm to the ceiling.
Utilising twin T5 lamps (28W or 35W) and high-frequency control gear to maximise energy efficiency, the new luminaires are supplied with either ribbed cross-blade louvres for general-purpose applications or 65-degree louvres for use in VDT office lighting schemes.
Fully integral emergency versions are available as standard, and these can be specified with Intellem or EasiCheck self-test functionality if required.
