Cooper Lighting and Safety's Menvier Safe Edge exit sign is designed to pivot through a wide arc, this edge-lit exit sign can be mounted on walls or horizontal or sloping ceilings.

The restyled Safe Edge features an elegant slim profile and is available in a choice of white or silver finishes Legends can be specified in either European Signs Directive format or BS5499 Part 1 format

Quick and easy to install, the new exit sign incorporates a concealed surface cable entry, as well as the existing rear BESA cabling facilities.

Safe Edge operates in maintained mode and fully complies with the minimum luminance and uniformity requirements of EN 1838, providing a minimum of 3 hours' illumination from an 8W T5 fluorescent lamp in the event of mains failure.

Particularly suitable for use in say boardrooms, offices, hotels and restaurants, the exit sign can be specified with self-test capability if required and also comes in slave versions for use with central battery systems.

All models have a 3-year guarantee as standard.
