Crane Dominators speed up HVAC
installation
Over 550 Crane Dominator units are being installed as part of the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems within the new HQ building for Northern Rock Building Society in Newcastle.
The new ten storey, fully air-conditioned building is phase 5 of the Regent Centre development incorporating the latest in building services technology The Crane Dominators being installed by Norstead (part of the Metnor Group), provide a complete flow management system for the hundreds of fan coils throughout the buildings
These pre-assembled units give known flow characteristics and provide benefits for designers, installers and end users.
Ken Symonds of Norstead commented, "The compact design of the Dominator is ideal for this project, installation is fast and straightforward and we should experience more benefits later in the project during the cleaning and commissioning stages".
