Crystal Direct, national trade fabricator of PVC-U windows, doors and conservatories, recorded a growth is sales of 11% during 2007.
"Many companies offer an overprinting service so customers can have their name on the cover," says Chairman, Martin Randall, "But this is hardly personal, and doesn't help them sell".
"Crystal's brochure though is personalised to reflect each customer's brand and marketing message, including their own text and images".
Martin Randall understands that installers want to use marketing material that's unique to their company: "Creating the right impression in front of the homeowner is important for making the sale".
"No one wants to be in a beauty parade with other installers demonstrating their products using identical brochures".
