Crystal Direct makes quoting and pricing easier

National trade fabricator Crystal Direct launch Smart-Price-Stick, a USB pen with a personalised price list and quote generator for its customers.

The software has been developed over seven months so that Crystal's salesman can personalise customers' trade price list onsite at first visit, using their laptops.

It's all downloaded onto a handy USB pen that can then be used by the customer at any laptop or computer.

Martin Randall, Chairman of Crystal Direct, comments: "Our customers don't want to go through pages of prices and then work out the specifications".

"The new USB pen means they'll be able to download all the information onto any computer".

"Window and door prices can be available at the touch of a button and can be easily calculated".

"Each Smart-Price-Stick also has a costing function so our customer will be able to accurately price a job and produce a professional quote in an instant".

Robin Clarke, an independent IT expert, developed Crystal's Smart-Price-Stick: "Martin wanted to be able to make pricing easy for his customers so we developed a digital price list that sales reps can update wherever they are, then hand over straight away.
