CSCS is predicting that the new CDM Regulations coming into force in April will result in increasing numbers of construction clients insisting on CSCS cards.
CSCS is predicting that the new CDM Regulations coming into force in April will result in increasing numbers of construction clients insisting that the contractors they work with ensure that their staff and sub-contractors hold CSCS cards CSCS chief executive Brian Adams comments: "We have been working closely with the HSE through the consultation phase of the amendments to the CDM Regulations and are pleased that they support CSCS as one of the key ways that the industry can consistently check on competence and health and safety awareness"
