CSCS and Causeway join forces to offer Smartcard
CSCS has appointed Causeway as sole provider of application licences on the new CSCS Smartcard introduced earlier this year.
The move will enable construction contractors and clients to utilise internet technology to improve site security, time and attendance.
CSCS introduced CSCS Smartcards to improve construction site safety, security and efficiency by providing the ability for CSCS cards' authenticity to be checked more quickly and accurately on site.
Contractors and clients who purchase licences to utilise smart technology through CSCS cards may store and access a range of other information to meet their business requirements such as recording training data and continuing professional development (CPD), toolbox talks and site inductions, site access controls and verifying CBH occupational health data.
