Stewert Milne developments for Kydd Building

Stewart Milne Construction is to develop flooring and cladding areas of the Kydd Building at the University of Abertay in Dundee.

Stewart Milne Construction, which has delivered successful contracts for the University in recent years, will remodel an existing floor space and re-clad the facade to create a modern, impressive frontage and entrance for the University's Centre of Excellence for Computer Games Education, for the GBP2.5m contract.

The project also provides the opportunity for SMC to work once again with Archial Architects who were also responsible for the Student Centre.
