Energy saving 4 pipe heat and cool EXP

Rhoss spa have launched a brand new range of their EXP series chillers which cover a wide range of capacities, from 10kW to approaching 1000kW, with COP's as high as 6.
What's special about the EXP system is that unlike a heat pump chiller, which can produce either hot water or chilled water, the EXP is a completely self contained fully automatic system which can produce hot and chilled water simultaneously and deliver through a 4 pipe system In commercial buildings, hospitals and hotels, modern air conditioning systems increasingly require this simultaneous supply of hot and chilled water, particularly in between seasons or in efficiently insulated building where the air conditioning system might be required to heat one area while cooling another

Coolmation has introduced the new air-cooled series of low energy Powercool chillers (76.5kW up to 182 kW cooling capacities) for industrial and process cooling applications.
The alternative way of achieving this result is to install both a boiler and chiller, but in terms of installation and running costs, the EXP system will save money.
Rhoss products are Eurovent certified and their test laboratory, one of the biggest in Europe and capable of testing chillers up to 1500kW at full load conditions, has itself been certified by Eurovent.
