Conservatory Outlet offers installation companies the chance to buy trade frames as well as complete conservatories without becoming a Conservatory Outlet dealer.
The money will pay for teachers' wages, rent, rates, uniforms, and books.
If enough money can be raised the school could also be moved to bigger premises.
HEAL is a charity closely associated with Conservatory Outlet.
In 2005 Conservatory Outlet raised GBP15,000 to build a boy's dormitory in nearby Guntur, India, and Managing Director Matthew Glover was appointed a Director of the charity.
"The money we raise will help educate children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and who would not have access to this kind of education without HEAL's help," says Matthew.
"We hope as many people as possible will support our fundraising events, which will include our charity ball.".
