CADline help provide quality environment
Steven Hunt purchased Cymap from Autodesk Partner, CADline for design package that would automate design calculations.
From site design, building design, building services design and project visualisation and presentation, this approach clearly demonstrates the interoperability of the Autodesk products.
In addition, an area that has proven of particular interest to attendees so far, has been how Autodesk manufacturing design tools can be integrated into the construction design process - "a topic which is generating tremendous interest and dialogue at the events," according to CADline's Scott Woolven.
"We've been delighted by the attendance; for example, over 140 came to our London event at the Emirates Stadium alone," he says.
"Since the launch of CADline's sister company Mice Solutions earlier this year, our expertise now covers Autodesk's entire reach, adding manufacturing design to its existing knowledge base across all aspects of architecture, engineering and construction".
"Consequently, we are able to introduce those in the AEC industry to the potential of using Inventor and the potential of integrating manufacturing design tools into the construction design process." Woolven adds that the need for a Part L design solution has also been a big discussion topic.
"A year on, people are beginning to recognise that compliance and sustainability need to be both a high business and project design priority and we are getting many enquiries about our AutoCAD MEP/Cymap/Tas compliancy solution at the seminars, as a result." CADline's remaining seminars take place:.
19 June 2007 Copthorne Hotel and Resort, Effingham Park, Gatwick.
