Stairway to heaven for Pottons new show
house
David Smith St Ives provided Potton with two bespoke staircases for installation within their beautiful show home at the new National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon.
David Smith St Ives Limited were delighted to provide their long-standing client, Potton , with two bespoke staircases for installation within their beautiful show home at the new National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon Potton the UK market leader in timber frame construction have helped thousands of self-builders fulfil their dreams and the Potton Show House built at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre provides a stunning example of what can be achieved by building a house from scratch and amazingly completing the entire process in just twelve weeks! Working in partnership with Potton, David Smith designed and manufactured a main open riser type staircase and associated gallery for the show house, which was produced in American White Ash, with glass balustrade, portraying a dramatic, contemporary focal point within the hallway
