Day/Night cameras with Cam_inPIX technology.
Dallmeier manufactures a comprehensive range of cameras and domes.
IFSEC 2007 will see the company focus on its three day/night models: its colour box camera (DF3000A-DN), colour IP camera (DF3000IP-DN) and its vandal resistant colour IP dome camera (DDF3000IPV-DN).
Each camera features Ultra Wide Dynamic Range (UWDR) Cam_inPIX technology which is based on the most up-to-date Digital Pixel System (DPS) platform.
With Cam_inPIX, the picture information of each individual pixel is converted digitally at the point of capture and processed in the most optimal way.
Therefore, even situations with a great range in contrast can be recorded and documented in previously unseen picture qualities.
This gives Dallmeier cameras an advantage over all previously known processes in that they can display considerably more details in shaded and very bright sections of a picture.
The latest generation of high-resolution sensor technology also provides clear, high-contrast and colour-true pictures without any blooming or smearing even in the most difficult lighting conditions.
DMS series 'In Memory of Leonardo'.
At IFSEC 2006 Dallmeier launched the first DMS 'Leonardo' digital video recorder - the DMS 240.
Visitors to IFSEC 2007 will see the range expanded to include 8 and 16 channel models: the DMS 80 and DMS 160.
The DMS series of real-time, digital video recorders offer up to 24 camera inputs with audio available on all channels.
They also feature true hybrid (analogue/IP) functionality.
This enables users to easily integrate these leading recorders into existing system configurations without extensive changes to the installation.
The DMS series is unique for its unparalleled performance and reliability as reflected in its use of the H.264 digital video codec standard.
H.264 combines unsurpassed video quality with very high data compression (comparative bit rates of 37%/MPEG-4 and 64%/MPEG-2).
This reduces cost and hard disk wear, lowers network load and makes longer recording possible.
Dallmeier was one of the first DVR manufacturers to embrace the H.264 algorithm for CCTV (at IFSEC 06), and the company continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and its preparedness to initiate change in the industry through leadership.
Sensor and management software solutions.
"Discerning customers increasingly evaluate security solutions on the basis of the quality of image analysis and management software available", believes James Walker.
"We know our strengths in this area and so this year we will feature the full range of Dallmeier sensor and management software solutions at IFSEC." Solutions on display include the SEDOR self-learning event detector that is capable of learning to recognise and categorise events and situations as normal or abnormal, thereby only recording suspicious events.
SEDOR also has integral camera sabotage protection that immediately recognises if a camera is moved, defocused or subject to spray painting or covering.
Visitors will also be able to see the DI-Detector NPR, Dallmeier's Automatic Number Plate Recognition System that achieves a 98% success rate regardless of weather or lighting conditions at speeds of up to 100mph.
Dallmeier offers four video management software solutions all of which will be on their stand.
PView and PViewMobile provide core management software functions for one or more Dallmeier recorders.
PGuard provides for incoming alarm administration and SmartGUI provides a graphical front end to PView.
For large installs, the SeMSy digital matrix provides the ultimate in real-time video monitoring, recording and storage.
