Optimum indoor climate for staff and animals alike by installing an energy efficient and cost-effective air conditioning system by Daikin Airconditioning UK
John Durbin, sales planning manager at Daikin Airconditioning UK , said: "Rises in energy prices and demands on businesses to be more energy efficient mean it is vitally important for hotels to adopt innovative and energy efficient air conditioning systems to actively control their internal environment".
"With a system such as this in place, it is possible to improve the comfort of your guests and the productivity of your staff".
Air conditioning for the hotel's 279 sophisticated bedrooms, which include an exclusive Presidential Suite, Executive Suites, Hilton Relaxation Rooms and Hilton Executive Rooms, along with a reception, restaurants and meeting rooms, is provided by Daikin UK's VRV-WII system, a revolutionary heating and cooling product.
Installed by Bolton-based Booth Imperial , Approved Installers from the Daikin D1 Partner scheme, Daikin VRV-WII was specified due to the strict nature of the project requirements.
As a proportion of height to width, the Beetham Tower is one of the thinnest skyscrapers in the world with a ratio of 10/1, making space for plant a premium.
The VRV-WII system was ideal to meet the project specifications whilst exceeding the outputs required to effectively control the internal environment of the hotel.
