Installation of a fire alarm warning and messaging system for Deaf and hard of hearing people called Deaf Alerter, is just one of many projects being implemented.
It is owned and endorsed by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI).
The assessment was based upon various aspects of the company such as health and safety, financial position, training, insurance levels, quality accreditation as well as a selection of references from their installed base.

The database has more than 1,700 plus buyers across the UK ranging from large central government departments and agencies to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Universities and NHS Trusts.Those buyers registered on the Constructionline site (which is free for them to do) can access Deaf Alerter plc's details which have been checked and verified, removing a large amount of administrative work for both parties.
