Lightning current arresters from Dehn UK
The DEHNbloc Maxi family of lightning current arresters are single-pole devices that are ideally suited to use in exposed locations or in harsh industrial environments.
Each unit features multi-function terminals on a standard spacing for the connection of conductors and busbars, and the modules can easily be assembled and exchanged using a simple module-release button.
Like earlier units in the Dehnguard range, the Dehnguard modular incorporates a feature known as thermodynamic control to allow reliable disconnection at surges with higher than the maximum rated value.
Versions are available for TT, TN, TN-C and TN-S wiring configurations, all meeting the requirements of EN 61643-1 for Type 2 or Class II surge-protection devices.
Maximum 8/20 microseconds discharge current is 40 kA.
