platform

The next new product is the DC527 fluorescent light.
Unlike a torch which shines a beam on one point, the DC527 illuminates a whole area such as a small room, basement or cupboard.
It is compact, lightweight and has an impact resistant housing.
With a 2.0AH battery it will give approximately 3.5 hours runtime.
It is supplied as a bare unit designed to accept all 18v DEWALT batteries.
It has a four prong 13 watt bulb (DE5273) for added bulb stability.
There is also an on-board hook to allow hanging from various objects such as joists/studding and can also stand alone on its battery pack.
It is perfect for tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, service technicians, mechanics and joiners when working in basements, lofts and cupboards or other areas of limited light.
